Leibovitch founded Beverly Hills-based Rodeo Realty Inc. more than 30 years ago. When Leibovitch was a senior at UCLA, he started his real estate career over his winter break from school and sold three homes in just two weeks. This led to him withdrawing from the school’s track team to focus on selling homes. When he was 25, he founded Rodeo Realty which, at the time, went by Paramount Properties. It grew to nearly 100 realtors in its first year. The company now has more than 1,200 licensed agents and brokers and 12 offices across Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
