PHIL BRODKIN

Managing Principal of Los Angeles Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

Brodkin is the managing principal of Los Angeles for brokerage Cushman and Wakefield Inc. where he oversees downtown, West L.A., North L.A. and the South Bay. He joined the firm last year, leaving his role as executive vice president at Newmark Group Inc. where he also was the head of industrial and logistics services and the Los Angeles region market leader. Prior to joining Newmark in 2017, Brodkin was the director of real estate at flexible workspace provider Regus. At the company, he oversaw growth in the western United States and handled 1.5 million square feet of space expansion. Brodkin also spent nine years at CBRE Group Inc.
