Founding Partner & Chairman Michelman & Robinson

Michelman is a litigation partner for Michelman & Robinson, the firm he cofounded in 1999 with Mark Robinson. He specializes in complex litigation and regulatory matters and works with a broad range of clients, including insurers, brokers, private equity groups, banks, and advertising and media companies. Michelman was elected as a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s board of directors in 2016. Currently, he is the Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank’s Audit and Risk Management Committee. Michelman received a BA from UCLA and a JD from the Southwestern University School of Law.
