JANA LUBERT

Co-managing Partner, Los Angeles Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith

Lubert represents insurance companies in litigation, arbitration and mediation regarding management, professional and employment practices, and liability insurance products. She has more than 30 years of experience as coverage counsel and monitoring counsel in securities litigation and employment related claims. In addition to serving as co-managing partner of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith’s L.A. office, Lubert serves as general counsel for the firm. In 2020, Lubert was a member of the firm’s Covid-19 response team, which was set up to help clients navigate the pandemic. Lubert holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from Loyola Law School.
