Founding Partner Hueston Hennigan

Hueston, who co-founded Hueston Hennigan in 2015, earned acclaim in the U.S. Attorney’s office when he served as co-lead prosecutor in the case against executives at Enron Corp. He also secured a $5.15 billion settlement after a 2012 trial on behalf of the Tronox Trust against Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and Kerr-McGee Corp. for environmental liabilities. Hueston’s clients have included Bill Koch, Elon Musk, Alec Baldwin and Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon.com Inc., PwC and Caltech. He also is the president of the Social Justice Legal Foundation’s board. In January 2021, he was named one of the Daily Journal’s Top Lawyers of the Decade.
