At Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Elizabeth Hudson has served as the president of the physician staff, and is also a recipient of the Leonard Cohen award for outstanding physician achievement and service to the medical center. To Hudson, “turning the corner” means that as a global community we are looking toward a better collective future as we continue to live with and battle COVID-19 and other geopolitical changes. Hudson and her team in the Infectious Disease Department at Kaiser are a cohesive group. They strive to provide quality care while maintaining a personal approach and care for a wide variety of patients with both acute and chronic infectious diseases.
