Bridget McCabe is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on antitrust litigation in federal courts across the country, successfully defending prominent companies in high-stakes disputes and currently leading the defense of clients in several pending putative antitrust class actions. McCabe serves as the managing partner of the Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Operating Group and Energy Industry Team.

McCabe recently co-led a team that achieved a major victory for a leading private university in a putative class action brought by students against dozens of the nation’s elite universities. The team prevailed on consolidated motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and failure-tostate-a-claim. She also represents a national media company in a multidistrict antitrust class action.
