Chris Eppich is a partner in Covington’s litigation practice who focuses on complex litigation in federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis on mass tort and patent litigation for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. Over the past several years, Eppich has built one of the most impressive trial records in the country, delivering extraordinary results for clients across multiple jurisdictions, courtrooms, and legal frameworks.

Most recently, Eppich was a key member of a Covington team that secured a major victory for McKesson, the nation’s largest wholesale pharmaceutical distributor, when the Maryland Supreme Court vacated a $152 million opioid verdict the City of Baltimore had won against McKesson and co-defendant Cencora Inc.
