President; Managing Partner Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs

Rodney Diggs became a partner at Ivie, McNeill & Wyatt in 2016 and, in 2019, became a named partner when the firm was renamed Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs. In December 2025, he was appointed president and managing partner of the firm.

Diggs has obtained more than $200 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Most recently, he secured a $27,350,000 jury verdict in a civil rights excessive force case against the County of San Bernardino, the largest verdict in the history of the Riverside Federal Court. This landmark result further solidifies Diggs’ reputation as one of California’s premier civil rights and employment trial attorneys, known for taking complex, high-risk cases against powerful public entities and prevailing before juries.
