SALE PRICE: $80 million ADDRESS: 6081 Center Dr.

The former Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, now known as HHLA, sold for $80 million. Torchlight Investors sold the property to Cannon Commercial. The sale was $40 million less than what the seller paid for the asset in 2015.
