Jill Van, audit partner, has joined RSM US LLP, the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market. Primarily serving consumer products and industrials clients, Jill also works with e-commerce, technology, real estate, medical device, media and communications companies. She has 24 years of experience, including serving as an audit partner at another large Los Angeles accounting firm. Most recently, Jill served as a chief financial officer and managed a team of professionals, oversaw all financial reporting, monitored cash flow and improved business operations.

Jill works with public companies and has extensive knowledge of SEC reporting rules, equity transactions, acquisitions and divestures, revenue recognitions, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and debt transactions. She also assists private equity groups and their portfolio companies with audit planning.

Jill received her master’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.
