Michelle Malecha (Associate Principal)

Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) has promoted Michelle Malecha AIA, LEED AP BD+C to Associate Principal. Michelle has 17 years of experience working on corporate and commercial, healthcare, higher education, athletic, and mixeduse / adaptive reuse projects. She works on a wide variety of projects ranging from mass timber to ground-up buildings to interior projects. Michelle holds a Master of Architecture, Practice + Design Integration and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies both from the University of Illinois.

Rachel Rosenberg (Associate Principal)

Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) has promoted Rachel Rosenberg NCIDQ, CID, IIDA, WELL AP, LEED Green Associate to Associate Principal. Rachel 13 years of experience working on corporate and commercial, healthcare, higher education, and residential projects. She is an award-winning designer who takes a holistic approach to design, viewing it as a collaborative, iterative process. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Interior Design from the Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Art History from Boston University.
