LaTerra Development has named Bryan Miranda as Managing Director of LaTerra Storage. Formerly head of development in the Western U. S. for Public Storage, Miranda developed over $1 billion of self-storage. LaTerra Storage in a joint venture with Macquarie Asset Management has self-storage facilities underway in Los Angeles and Dallas.
