Jordan Hamburger, Sheppard Mulllin’s co-head of Healthcare M&A, is a lead attorney and project manager focusing on healthcare and financial services industry transactions, private equity representation and sell-side M&A engagements. He has additional expertise advising public companies with capital markets offerings, SEC periodic reporting, NYSE and NASDAQ compliance and corporate governance matters.

Hamburger’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and other general corporate representation. He represents private equity firms, corporations, entrepreneurs, and other market participants in the healthcare and financial services industries, among others. Additionally, Hamburger advises public and private companies on corporate governance matters, and represents public companies in connection with securities law compliance and reporting, including compliance with NASDAQ and NYSE listing standards. Hamburger also volunteers at the Veterans Free Legal Clinic, offering free legal and practical advice to Veterans in the Haven and New Directions programs.
