With almost two decades in practice, Raffi Zerounian has established an industry-leading practice profile in trademark prosecution and litigation matters representing preeminent brands and companies globally. With emphasis in handling trademark disputes for well-known brands, Zerounian has resolved hundreds of trademark enforcement disputes and has been lead counsel in many trademark infringement actions in federal court. He has also been involved with proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and oversees opposition and cancellation proceedings outside the US. As part of this practice, Zerounian grows and manages sizeable international trademark portfolios.
