AMY QUARTAROLO

As the co-chair of the Litigation & Trial Department in the Los Angeles offices of Latham & Watkins, Amy Quartarolo helps to lead, coordinate, and support a local team of more than 50 attorneys who in turn are part of Latham’s industry-leading global disputes team. In addition to this key leadership role, Quartarolo currently is a member of Latham’s Equal Opportunity Employment Review Board, and historically has served on the firm’s Recruiting Committee, Pro Bono Committee, Training and Career Enhancement Committee, and Women Enriching Business Committee – reflecting her commitment to developing diverse talent within the firm and in the legal profession.

In her bankruptcy litigation and creditors’ rights practice, Quartarolo represents both debtors and creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy-related and complex commercial litigation. She regularly practices in both state and federal courts, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
