Throughout 45 years of practice, Mark Neubauer has achieved key litigation victories for some of the world’s most well-known companies. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, focusing on sophisticated litigation, including commercial, securities, antitrust, real estate, employment, and entertainment matters. As Carlton Fields’ Los Angeles office managing shareholder, he has led the West Coast practice since the firm expanded into California in 2014.

Neubauer served on the Defense Executive Committee in the Tribune Co. multidistrict litigation, the largest fraudulent conveyance class action ever brought. The case, which arose from the Tribune Co. leveraged buyout, involved more than 5,000 defendants. In addition to his leadership role on the defense committee, Neubauer won a motion to dismiss for one of his former director clients from the case. Neubauer also won several California federal court victories on behalf of large insurance companies.
