With over three decades of experience handling some of the most significant and complex trusts and estates disputes, Terrence Franklin is regarded as one of the top litigators in the U.S. by clients and colleagues. He is responsible for several published appeals and the landmark Moeller v. Superior Court case, which was brought before the California Supreme Court and established a fiduciary exception to the attorney-client privilege for successor trustees.
