David Eisman is the newly appointed head of Skadden’s Los Angeles Corporate Group, reflecting his many contributions to its rise in prominence on the West Coast over the last more than 25 years. Eisman also continues to be the head of Skadden’s global Entertainment Group, which has been at the forefront of some of the most impactful deals in the industry in recent years. He is known for his representation of entertainment companies in all segments of the market, particularly in high stakes matters where a delicate balance of business and legal issues is required.

In 2021, Eisman led and successfully led numerous high profile corporate transactions and he has been on the leading edge of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and innovative transaction structures. Eisman has also been a prolific dealmaker and has been involved in some of the most significant transactions over the past several years.
