Co-Managing Partner BG Law

Philip Bonoli of BG Law is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in a wide array of employment matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, tort claims, and contractual matters. As the co-managing partner of BG Law, he is involved in the day-to-day administration of the firm. As part of his duties and responsibilities, he is required to ensure that there is open communication between management, attorneys and staff to allow for the efficient operation of the firm and its business.

Bonoli has been a litigator his entire career and has appeared before many state, federal and appellate court judges in all facets of litigation – trial, oral argument and/or evidentiary hearings. He has been lead trial attorney in jury trials, has argued cases before the California Courts of Appeal, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bonoli has always persevered through all of the difficult and stressful situations associated with these cases.
