Shareholder, President and Chief Executive Officer Buchalter

Adam Bass is the president and chief executive officer of Buchalter. Bass joined the Firm in 1993 and after 20 years became president and CEO in January of 2013. Under his leadership, Buchalter has experienced substantial growth and opened six new office locations in Napa Valley, Sacramento, Seattle, San Diego, Portland, and Salt Lake City.

As chair of the Family Office & Wealth Management Practice Group and co-chair of the Social Media Influencers Industry Group, Bass’ practice includes the representation of companies of all sizes and financial institutions in both transactional and litigation matters. He is often called upon to handle general business matters for his corporate clients. Further, his areas of expertise include regulatory matters at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as government procurement. His experience includes corporate, loan workouts, creditors’ rights, real property, labor relations, public contracting and regulatory compliance.
