DLA Piper partner Angela Agrusa handles high-stake matters that command headlines and shape legal precedent. From Chipotle to T-Mobile, she has successfully defended her clients in more than 50 putative class actions with combined potential exposure of over $100 billion in just the last five years alone, including Danone in first-of-its-kind impact litigation. Her track record has resulted in long-term partnerships with iconic brands Danone, Hilton, Chipotle and Motel 6.

Within DLA Piper, Agrusa serves as the managing partner of DLA Piper’s Los Angeles offices, helping grow the firm’s presence in the market. She serves as co-chair of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation sub-practice and its Food and Beverage subsector. She is hired to defend clients in bet-the-brand litigation and in cases where unique legal theories are advanced or when the court of public opinion threatens to overpower justice in the courtroom.
