DeWolfe purchased social gaming platform MindJolt Inc. in 2010 and turned the company into Jam City, which is now one of the top publishers in mobile gaming. In September, the company revealed that it had raised $350 million and had purchased game developer Ludia Inc. for $165 million. Jam City also announced in December the creation of a new blockchain division to oversee development of games in the rapidly growing Web3 space. Before launching Jam City, DeWolfe co-founded influential social media company Myspace and served as chief executive from 2003 to 2009. He is also an adviser for USC’s Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
