JAMES MALONE

Malone has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has worked in brokerage leadership, agency leasing, tenant representation, corporate services, real estate development and law. Malone played linebacker at UCLA and was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1992. When his NFL career ended, Malone attended law school and worked at a law firm before going to Catellus Development Corp., then JLL. He joined Brookfield Properties Inc., then moved to Colliers International Group Inc., where he oversaw eight locations in Southern California, and then rejoined JLL two years ago. He is on the board of the African American Real Estate Professionals, Los Angeles Chapter.
