Partner-in-charge Venable

Evall is the partner-in-charge of Venable’s Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and asset management transactions. Representative clients include Warner Bros., ViacomCBS, HBO, Netflix and NBCUniversal. In the last year, he has been instrumental in representing the seller in one of the largest real estate transactions for a television studio complex in Los Angeles. Beyond his legal accomplishments, Evall is also a longtime board member and former chair of United Friends of the Children, a Los Angeles charity focusing on education, housing, and career paths for foster youth.
