DAVID JOSKER

President, Southwest Region Colliers

Josker is the president of the Southwest region of Colliers. In that role, he oversees the firm’s offices in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Southern California and Hawaii. Since he joined Colliers three years ago, Josker grew revenues by more than 65%. Prior to joining the company, Josker spent more than 10 years at CBRE Group Inc., leading brokerage and property management groups in Los Angeles. Before that, he worked for developer Caruso, where he was a vice president and general manager. He also held the title of senior general manager with shopping center giant Westfield.
