Chief Executive Cityview

Burton is the chief executive of Century City-based multifamily developer Cityview, which owns, operates, develops and manages mixed-use and multifamily properties across the western United States. Burton also is the immediate past president of the Los Angeles Board of Airport Commissioners, which oversees LAX and Van Nuys airports. During the pandemic, Cityview broke ground on four projects with more than 1,000 units combined. The company currently has more than 30 projects under renovation and more than 2,000 apartment units in development. Since the start of the pandemic, Cityview also has doubled the size of its staff.
