MIKE BOHN

Director of Athletics USC

The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics recognized Bohn with its top athletic director award last March, making him the first from USC ever recognized. Hired in late 2019, Bohn pushed USC through the problems of falsified scholarships in a national college admissions cheating scam and the Trojans’ own college basketball scandal. The 61-year-old then most noticeably addressed the struggling football program by hiring high-profile head coach Lincoln Riley from Oklahoma, extended the contract for soughtafter men’s head basketball coach Andy Enfield, made an inspired hire with Lindsay Gottlieb as the new women’s basketball coach and elevated Julie Rousseau to associate athletic director for diversity, equity and inclusion education and programming.
