Founder, Chief Executive Pardee Properties

Pardee’s Venice-based Pardee Properties, founded in 2004, has sold more than 3,300 properties worth more than $5.8 billion. Last year alone, the brokerage sold 451 homes and did $866 million worth of sales, up 51% from the previous year. Prior to founding Pardee Properties, Pardee earned a marketing degree at Boston University and worked at Paramount Pictures as Sharon Stone’s assistant. She flipped houses on the side before getting her MBA and doing real estate full time. Pardee also created Life Change Warriors, a foundation helping people achieve their dreams with coaching and workshops. Pardee was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2001.
