Noonan is chairman of Lockton Pacific Series and is one of the top producing commercial insurance professionals in the nation. He has led the company from 46 associates in 1996 to 700 today with revenue growing from $6.9 million to $285 million over that same span. He has focused on positioning the company as a gateway to Asia and Latin America. He is chairman of Phoenix House California, a trustee of the ALS Association Golden West Chapter and a board member of Vision to Learn, UCLA Longevity Center, and The Help Group, which serves children with special needs.
