Miller is a founding member of Thorofare Capital and has been responsible for establishing the firm’s core investment philosophy. Under his leadership, Thorofare Capital has launched a series of private debt funds in addition to having structured two strategic partnerships to provide deal origination and loan servicing to downtown based DoubleLine Capital for its private equity funds. In a boost to its lending activity, Thorofare is on pace to originate more than $1 billion of commercial real estate loans this year after experiencing its two busiest quarters in the company’s history, according to Commercial Mortgage Alert. While Thorofare was acquired by Callodine in December, Miller still oversees all aspects of Thorofare operations.
