Co-chief Executive Imperial Capital

Wooster’s investment and financial services firm — which he runs with Co-Chief Executive Jason Reese — offers capital market and advisory services, institutional sales and trading, and research services to companies and institutional investors. Before founding Imperial Capital in 1997, he was managing director at Imperial’s predecessor. He also served as head treader for Canyon Partners Inc. He got his start as a trader and analyst for R.D. Smith & Co. and also worked in Arthur Andersen & Co.’s tax department. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from New York University and an MBA from Duke University.
