Stullich co-founded FocalPoint while in the full-time MBA program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Upon Stullich’s graduation, FocalPoint quickly became one of the leading boutique investment banks in Los Angeles. The firm later expanded to Chicago, Dallas, New York and Shanghai. In 2021, FocalPoint closed transactions with an aggregate value of $5.6 billion. In January, Stullich helped negotiate and close FocalPoint’s sale to B. Riley Financial for total consideration of up to $175 million. The acquisition has allowed FocalPoint to provide its clients with a broader array of offerings, including public debt and equity.
