Fox is a 27-year veteran of Willis Towers Watson, a London-based advisory company and insurance brokerage. As the managing director in Southern California and the Southwest, he is responsible for the firm’s client relationships and overall operations. Working with his leadership team, he develops market strategies and tactics, focusing on large client and middle market segments. His experience includes consulting for companies in the aerospace, health care, biotech, utilities, construction, media and automotive industries. Fox is a former president of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, Los Angeles Chapter, as well as former president of the Orange County Employee Benefit Council.
