In his 13th season as the team’s top frontoffice executive and liaison to team owner Stan Kroenke, Demoff got to watch a Super Bowl championship season unfold on the team’s new SoFi Stadium home field in Inglewood. The L.A. native, who works closely with general manager Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay on signings and acquisitions, was once an executive with Casey Wasserman’s Los Angeles Avengers of the Arena Football League and then with the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
