RICHARD ZIMAN

Ziman is the co-founder and chairman of Brentwood-based Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. Ziman was also the founding chair and chief executive of Arden Realty Inc., which merged with General Electric in a $5 billion deal. He is also the founding chair of AVP Advisors, which advises American Value Partners. Ziman is also the chief executive and co-trustee of the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation, which provides more than $10 million annually for education, health care, cultural and basic and clinical research programs. He also serves as the co-trustee of the Gilbert Public Arts Foundation and as a trustee of the Gilbert Collection Trust at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
