STEPHEN SOMER

Managing Director Eastdil Secured

Somer is the managing director of Eastdil Secured. He recently was involved in asset sales, financings and joint ventures totaling nearly $1.1 billion. Major sales included the Westfield Promenade in Warner Center, the Post in Beverly Hills, Burbank Empire Center and hClub in Hollywood. Somer joined Eastdil in 2003. He spent three years running its European and Middle Eastern operations in London before coming to Los Angeles. He is a USC alum, a board member of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association, a member of the Urban Land Institute, a founding member of the Wilshire Club and a member of the Legends Club for the Genesis Invitational.
