Jamison Properties

Lee is the president of Jamison properties, the development arm of Koreatownbased Jamison. The company has roughly 18 million square feet of commercial and residential properties in Southern California. During his time there, the company completed more than 3,100 apartment units, roughly 100 of which are affordable units. In addition to ground-up projects, the company has converted one-third of its office buildings into residential properties. Most of its projects have been in Koreatown but Jamison has been developing in other areas as well. Lee is a native Angeleno and a Harvard-Westlake and USC grad. He is on the board of the Korean American Coalition.
