De Briere is an executive vice president for Skanska where she oversees commercial development projects in Los Angeles. Her job also includes land acquisitions and tenant leasing. In 2019, she secured the group’s first L.A. site at 9000 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills. The 46,000-square-foot office project broke ground in 2020. In 2020 the company acquired a site in the Arts District that will become a 13-story office building. In 2021, the firm acquired a property at 8633 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills, which will be a three-story office building. Prior to Skanska, De Briere was executive vice president and chief operating officer at the Ratkovich Co.
