Coleman is the chief executive and chairman of Brentwood-based Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. The company recently launched an impact investing platform dubbed EquiBlue to provide more opportunities for women and people of color. Coleman serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. In 2021, Hudson Pacific was recognized by NAIOP as Developer of the Year. The company has been expanding with a studio named Sunset Glenoaks being developed in Sun Valley, commenced entitlements for a studio north of London and expanded its Seattle footprint with the purchase of a 197,000-squarefoot office building. Last year the company also acquired Zio Studio Services and Star Waggons.
