Beatty serves as brokerage Compass’ regional vice president of Southern California and Hawaii. In that role, he has delivered multibillion-dollar growth to the company year over year and opened six offices in 2021. Beatty, a UCLA graduate, has been in the real estate industry since 1993. He was an agent before becoming a sales manager in Santa Barbara and then Los Feliz. Beatty joined Compass in 2019 as a sales manager in Brentwood. He now oversees 4,000 agents in roughly 48 offices in Los Angeles, Orange County and Hawaii.
