President Alliant Retail Property and Casualty

Arkley recently was promoted to the president’s role in which he will lead Alliant’s retail property and casualty operation. He had been president of Alliant Specialty and was responsible for developing and implementing the business and financial strategy. Under his leadership, the group saw growth of more than 107% in organizational revenue and grew total premium volume by $5 billion over the past four years. Alliant Specialty had doubledigit growth year over year during the pandemic. Before joining Alliant in 2011, Arkley was chief executive for Aon’s construction operations.
