Gensler is underway on the $2.3 billion Delta Sky Way at Los Angeles International Airport, a 1.2-millionsquare-foot, 27-gate complex connecting Terminals 2 and 3. The project, designed to meet LEED Silver certification, is on track to be completed in 2023. The firm opened the NFL’s new 250,000-squarefoot West Coast Media campus last fall, the collaborative hub overlooks the adjacent Los Angeles Rams’ and Los Angeles Chargers’ stadium. Cohen recently celebrated his 40th anniversary with the company and oversees 6,000 people across 50 offices, serving clients in more than 120 countries. Cohen is a registered architect in 41 states and a graduate of the Pratt Institute.
