Seibly, who has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, provides oversight and leadership for Union Bank’s business unit, which serves nearly 1 million individual and business clients in California, Oregon and Washington. He joined Union Bank in 2020 after serving as chief executive of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Seibly oversees Intrepid Investment Bankers; commercial, real estate and consumer banking; wealth market businesses; and social responsibility programs. He is also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee for the Americas and serves on the Pacific Coast Banking School and the Consumer Bankers Association’s boards.
