Moore led the investment bank and brokerage firm to its most successful year in 2021, with the capital markets business raising nearly $7 billion across equities, newly issued SPACs and baby bonds. The also firm saw another record year for its at-the-market business while further developing its fixed income origination and distribution capabilities, and making progress expanding its M&A franchise. To this end, in early 2022, B. Riley Securities acquired FocalPoint Partners. Under Moore, B. Riley Securities has benefited from greater deal flow along with a significant increase in average transaction size across its capital markets and advisory businesses.
