Burke founded boutique investment banking firm Trinity Capital in 2000. In 2020, Burke’s team joined Citizens Financial Group Inc., which has over $200 billion in assets. Trinity Capital’s client roster has included Yum Brands Inc. and its subsidiaries such as Taco Bell Corp. Burke worked as an investment banker at firms Dillon Read & Co. Inc., L.F. Rothschild & Co. Inc. and Prudential Securities. He holds degrees from Old Dominion University and the College of William and Mary and is an adjunct professor at William and Mary’s Mason School of Business.
