Eskenazi is a partner in Greenberg Glusker’s Entertainment Litigation practice and regularly handles highprofile entertainment disputes. Her work covers royalties and profit participations, defamation and reputation protection, invasion of privacy, trademarks, merchandise and licensing, music distribution and publishing. Her clients have included Jeffrey Katzenberg, the owners of Alvin and the Chipmunks, the owners of merchandising rights in Winnie the Pooh, the Estate of J.R.R. Tolkien, Marvel Entertainment and DreamWorks SKG. She is on the board of Women in Film and helped create the organization’s sexual harassment Help Line. She teaches a course on entertainment law at Stanford Law School.
