Co-founder & General Partner Fika Ventures

Ho is the co-founder of Westwoodbased Fika Ventures, which opened in 2016 and has quickly become one of the most influential venture firms in the Los Angeles area. The firm, which makes seed-stage investments in startups, now has more than 50 companies in its portfolio and more than $300 million under management. The firm has also partnered with L.A.-Tech.org to launch Fika Tech Career Academy, a mentorship program for budding entrepreneurs. Before starting Fika, Ho served as vice president of marketing and operations at Factual Inc. She is also a board member at the California Community Foundation and previously served as Mayor Eric Garcetti’s Entrepreneur in Residence.
