KEVIN SHANNON

Shannon, the co-head of U.S. capital markets at brokerage Newmark Group Inc, leads a team of 33 that arranges disposition, financing and joint ventures of investment properties in 16 markets in the Western U.S. Shannon has been involved in more than $76 billion worth of transactions since 2010 alone. Before joining Newmark, Shannon spent 10 years at CBRE Group Inc., holding the title of vice chairman and managing director for the West Coast Institutional Investment Group. Shannon is a USC grad and frequently guest lecturers there. He is a board member of the USC Lusk Center and serves as vice chair at the USC Caruso Catholic Center.
