Lowe oversees more than 700 employees at URW’s shopping centers in the U.S. – at least through 2023. The Paris-based mall operator confirmed in April 2022 it plans to sell its major U.S. holdings, including Westfield Century City, Westfield Culver City and Fashion Square in Sherman Oaks. Prior to his appointment as COO, Lowe served as URW’s executive vice president of design, development and construction for the U.S. region, and he led entitlement approvals for the company’s mixed-use development projects, including Westfield Promenade 2035 in Woodland Hills, which was recently sold. Lowe joined Westfield in 2007 to lead its airport concession programs.
